Kirklees YOT is committed to using the arts as a means of reconnecting young offenders with education, training and employment opportunities, and with their communities.  We are interested in creating long-term solutions to help young people at risk of offending or re-offending and committing crime or anti-social behaviour.  Our experience has shown that the arts have a significant and unique role to play in this process.

The arts are capable of liberating the potential of marginalised young people who, for various reasons, have lost out.
